Nope, came here to ask the same question. My DC didn't know either but I think it just started about 1:20.

OP here. My daughter tells me it is shelter in place. I had to put a date on the title so it is not mixed up with previous lockdown threads. I don’t even know what to say anymore.
Also went by the school. Doesn’t seem like there is much police activity there. |

I'm concerned that we will become so desensitized to these "false alarms" that if/when the real thing happens, people will think it's another "false alarm", not take it seriously, and the results will be tragic.

| Blair did the right thing and immediately went into lockdown! it was fireworks across the street and not gunshots. I’m not sure how we are ‘desensitized’, when they did the correct thing. Thankfully it was a false alarm. |

This wasn’t a false alarm. There were reports of gunshots. Admin acted appropriately. Just because it was found out to be fireworks doesn’t make this a false alarm. |

I'm not sure that sheltering in place because of some unspecified event that happened nearby the school is a sign of the end times. |
