If DD likes skiing, Parm State is a great choice. You can shred big time there.

DD is really into Provolone but honestly I am worried that all she will do is try to find a husband. It's so conservative.

Trying to get her to look into Burrata State but they're pretty soft on academics.

Don’t write off VT. Students there are very fondue the
