Any specific trainers at Training Ground you liked?
W/o getting into specifics, I really don’t have the space for kettlebells, etc. Just take that one at face value.
Do you have space to unroll a yoga mat? Then you have space for kettlebells and bands. I’m looking at my kettlebells right now and they could literally fit on a cookie sheet. You can probably get away with even less to start out - 10, 15 and 20lb. They could also go on the bottom shelf of a bookshelf.
You’re pretty insistent in a not at all helpful way. I should add that I’m already pretty fit and strong.
I want to get into heavier weights. Little kettlebells are not what I’m looking for.
Are you already deadlifting more than 100lbs? Seriously, kettlebells are small. You could use 2 50lb weights. I get preferring to workout in a gym, or with a bar (which takes up more space, yes). But since this is a public website,
I’d like women to know they can lift at home with kettlebells without needing much space at all.
