Not school boards, but counties do have limits. I know Arlington and Loudoun have $20 limits. I've heard others do too.

We are in Loudoun, and I’ve never been told there’s a limit. Where do you even go about finding this info?

I'll give a $20 gift card to the main teacher in ES. My DS asked that I get her one from a specific place. Then, my MS kid is begging for gift cards for all his teachers. He'll split the cost with me. So, they're getting $15 gift cards. Then, three sports coaches at $15 a piece in gift cards and the piano teacher gets $20 cash.

Room moms were collecting ~$25 for the classroom teachers, $10 to be split amongst the specials.

I spend like $600-$700 holiday teacher/staff gifts for 2 kids (one private preschool & one public school). 2 kids have 30 ppl to give out. DC3 has 2 drivers, 2 helpers, 3 morning teachers, 3 afternoon teachers, 3 admin, 2 other teachers. DC6 has 7 staffs, 6 teachers and 2 other teachers. I don't even get bonus or gifts from my boss at workplace.
