Tamlin lied about the Treaty to bring her to Prythian, but he didn’t force her into an engagement. These books do not fit the arranged marriage trope, although you can make an argument that Fae mating bonds are similar. Still doesn’t seem to be what OP is looking for.

This sounds super salesy, but I swear it's not, and I don't have any associated with them - I just don't have anything in mind off the top of my head, but I follow a tour company on Instagram who markets a lot of these books (Book of Matches Media). Definitely search through their feed.
