How about if: a) the assailant throws the victim over a railing, resulting in b) an eight-foot fall that could've resulted in death or paralysis? And then c) the assailant wrestled with/beat the victim? And d) the assailant was carrying a gun? How about then? |

But don't most FBI agents spend the vast majority of their day doing paperwork/investigations, kind of like most 1811 investigator positions? Their job duties are very different from that of a police officer, which is why they (not HRT) don't seem to be very proficient when it comes to tactics. |
