This is actually not true. The reality is there is just more illness out there now than in previous years due to masking and lockdown. We are being exposed to more people who are sick. It’s not that our immune systems aren’t working, it’s just that the viruses are out there now.

Cranky people like you are constantly dissatisfied and make serving the public a miserable challenge some days. Fortunately, we got more genuine thanks and appreciation than complaints.

We served in supply and logistics, appointment schedulers and greeters and basically handled all aspects of mass vaccinations. Happy to help and forever proud of my colleagues.

And when 1/2 of your kid’s class and the teacher go down with the flu because you chose not to notify the school so they could wear in the class, you’ll be the same person to complain that your child had a substitute for a week. Actually forget that, there are no subs.

my high school daughter had flu A last week. She had a fever for two days and a cough. I was shocked how quickly she got through it. She did have her flu vaccine in early October so that was probably the reason? The other three of us in the house did not get sick but we were also vaccinated early October for flu.
