I am korean and i drink roasted barley tea (which you can also drink cold) or roasted corn tea.

PP (You can buy these kinds of teas at asian markets or probably on amazon). I always get mine at H mart.

Thanks for all the suggestions.

So far, hot water with lemon squeezed in is the best and it good at preventing more kidney stones. I did not take to the mint and chamomile is good for evenings near bedtime, but not for a pick me up in the afternoon. Most of the other herb teas interact with my heart medications or trigger palpitations ( rooibus, hibiscus, tumeric...)

I think Caffix is the other brand. I also like roasted barley tea.
