Hot beverage

NP - I also sip warm water, or just do hot water with lemon.

I imagine you could do hot water with other fruit (an orange wedge?) but I'm not that adventurous.

Chrysanthemum tea. it's good for you. Anti inflammatory, no caffeine.

I like to make a vinegar and honey drink.

Hot water, add a splash of apple cider vinegar and a generous amount of honey. Tastes great and also good for you.

+1 this is my fave, in a pretty glass mug. Add a cinnamon stick to make it feel a bit special.

You can make delicious mulled cider on the stove or I even just heat a cup in the microwave in a pinch.
It has quite a bit of sugar.

NP I do a little bit of it in a glass with mostly hot water.

Fresh ginger tea.

Cut up fresh ginger
Boil for a few minutes
Add honey

There are also powdered versions of this but I prefer fresh.

I’m another who drinks plain hot water.

Hot water with lemon and ginger

Hot water steeped with a clove and cinnamon stick (can add an orange slice as well)

Sounds like you just need to explore (non-tea) flavored hot water until you find one you like.

My Dad was a Postum drinker all his adult life because he loves coffee but could not tolerate any caffeine. Postum has been discontinued but we now buy Pero Instant Beverage, which is very similar.

PP here, hey your post made me do an Amazon search and they are selling Postum again in Coffee Flavor!!! Give it a try!
