As for the rest of it, I actually think he likes you and awkwardly tries to make conversation

I seriously doubt this. Life isn't Reality Bites. OP is not an adorkable Winona Ryder. The delivery guy is not a yuppie Ben Stiller. She effed with this man's ability to support himself through her careless driving.

He has a wife who came to the scene. He is handsome though. And I am attractive (in my late 20s, fit, striking eyes) so I did wonder this too. Like I almost thought I owed him a bj or something. (Jokes of course)

I don't think you're taking this seriously enough. You're a terrible driver.

There is nothing worse than getting into an accident with an underinsured driver. Ask me how I know.

OP, being the underinsured driver, and the one at fault, just know you have probably made this person's life miserable.

Terrible driver, knowingly and deliberately didn’t have enough insurance, and driving around all day for a job.

And thinks it’s okay that a random man (who obviously needs the money as much as she does) has $6k less because OP happens to have a child.

This is flat out offensive. OP, you're immature. Grow up and learn to shut up.

He’s already the bigger person.

You’re not a bad person. Just be polite. Focus on providing for your child. This time in your life will pass. You’ll be ok.
