I'd much prefer a restaurant owner like you with common sense. If anything happened to those kids, the parents would come after you. |
Its creative using a restaurant as a babysitter but really inappropriate. You have really concerning judgement. |

Omg are you seriously dropping off your 4 kids at a restaurant while you go somewhere else???
Leaving kids home is fine. Is this even legal to do? |
My 13 year old was thrilled when he turned 13 and could add apple pay to his phone. He goes to lunch every Friday after school with his buddies. They are never questioned when using credit cards. |

It's a cute idea OP.
But this isn't actually happening because not a single restaurant would seat and serve 4 minors no matter how well behaved, take a credit card and have no one restaurant staff or patrons call police. This just isn't based in reality. Basic idea is cute you just need to modify it for reality |
A group of teens is far different than a 12 year old ,and 3 elementary kids |
Name the restaurants |
Accents!? Now I know you're. full of it |
+1. This is a weird troll post. |
| There was a Cup of Jo post on Instagram with this exact idea today, so that seems suspicious. |
And there’s never a bathroom emergency. AMAZING. OP, name the restaurants, but most likely this is fake. |
In Montgomery county don’t you have to be 13 to babysit? I don’t know about DC. I guess you are relying on the restaurant employees which I would be VERY unhappy about it I were the owner. Maybe in 2 years for you guys…. |

12 and 9, maybe. 7 is too young to be left unsupervised in a restaurant. I’d let them sit a table away, but not with me at home.
Great ideas for 12 and up. But elementary is too young for table service. I’d be SO annoyed as their serve needing to babysit them. |
| How demeaning for the restaurant staff to have to seat, serve, and clean up after unsupervised children. I'm sure they are often distracting, loud, and annoying too, and the "accents" have potential to offend. What you think is precocious and worldly is terrible parenting. Let the kids eat at the table alone in your house and plan the dinner menu. |
