Garland has supervised high-profile domestic-terrorism cases, including the Oklahoma City bombing, Ted Kaczynski (also known as the "Unabomber"), and the Atlanta Olympics bombings. There were no leaks in any of these cases. He is methodical and should be because he only had one bite of the apple.

Nah, I was just enjoying the topic. It would be a nice deus ex machina if Trump were to die at this point, but I would accept him running away. Oh well, wishful thinking.

But this post did get me to thinking, I forgot Trump is wealthy (relatively, I know.) If, and this is a big if, the noose ever does properly tighten around his neck, he'll exercise the escape hatch only the wealthy have, of fleeing the country. I have a feeling I'll neve get to see the orange man in an orange jumpsuit.

I think he'd like to be president again and more than anything, I think he'd like to be safe. If he thought he could be safe in Russia (or anywhere) I think he'd go there.

1. he has money offshore, and/or not in his name that he can tap into
2. he will fleece his followers for more money

But, it will be humiliating for him, and he hates being humiliated. So, that alone would be worth it.

Trump will flee when he feels the heat is too much. Russia is his best option. Though maybe he will convert to judaism and live in Israel. They will taken him and make him turn over US secrets so they can get in good with the Russians.
