He can not go to his properties that are not in this country. He will be arrested on the sport there is a money laundering outstanding case.

Why do you think he hasn't left? He doesn't want to go to Russia or Saudi Arabia for the rest of his life and well gee jail cells in other countries or extradition to the US from the others just not that appealing to him.

No he should not flee to Russia. He has knowledge of our top secrets. He needs to be monitored 24/7. Unlike other past POTUS, Trump is very friendly with the Russians. He might "accidentally" slip up and tell them our secrets, especially as he gets older and more senile.
