Women in colorful leggings and shorts - do you just not have butt/crotch sweat?

I only wear colorful patterns. Never solids. Hides the sweat and the cellulite. And I don’t wear underwear either.

I exercise at home with air conditioning and a fan, and I am still drenched in sweat (from crotch to scalp) after 5 miles and 2000+ vertical feet on the treadmill. I am not particularly fat (115 pounds) or hairy, lol. I would probably be sweaty walking around the block in this weather.

I always wonder about that with the Peloton instructors! You see them dripping sweat but their clothes look immaculate.

well

1) high quality workout leggings don't show it as much
2) I sweat so much it kind of diffuses through the whole of the leggings rather than in one spot
3) If I'm working out hard I'm sweating everywhere and it doesn't really matter to me that this is readily apparent because it is futile to try to hide
4) I change out of workout gear basically the moment im done because its always soaked

I don’t really sweat in my crotch. Back when I shaved I did though. Super swamp when bare.

I was coming here to say this! Just existing outside in weather like today makes me sweat -- if I'm exercising, I'll be wet head to toe and honestly look gross no matter what color my leggings are.

I wear underwear for periods when I workout. It absorbs all of my sweat and keeps my inner thighs from chafing.

Do you overheat easily??

I drink so much water, and eat lots of fruits and vegetables with additional water. I barely pee when it's hot/humid out. I'm just a sweaty person. This time of year I'm a literal wrung sponge if I exercise outside, but even if I run in 20 degrees, I'll break a sweat in specific places (head, inner elbows, under boobs, nether regions). Not anywhere close to how I sweat in July/August, but sweatiness just comes natural to me. It's fascinating how people are so different!

Is this a certain kind of underwear? Does it get hot??

FYI for inner thigh chafing, I swear by just rubbing deodorant on my inner thighs. It will last until I shower, and certainly through a summer run.

I'm a nomal BMI, but I sweat. On my chest. On my back. In my crack. Under my arms. You name it, I sweat it.

It might show. But ... it's freaking hot out!! Not sweating is actually dangerous for you!

This. Not sweating isn't a good thing. Sweating is actually a sign that your body is working properly to cool off. Someone who never sweats might have anhidrosis.

I always thought many of them fake sweated and it was literally make up? Their makeup stays on and their shirts don't have drips on them.

When you don't see sweat, they're probably wearing specialty sports leggings. Lots of athletes wear leggings while playing their sport, like basketball. Seems insane to me to wear LEGGINGS while running around and sweating, but there must be something about them that is not like normal leggings and wicks the sweat -- or something.

I wear colors and I sweat. I just don't care.
