We are very booty positive in our all-boy household. My 11 year old swimmer wants the biggest butt possible = strong for swimming. Unfortunately, his 13 year old brother edges him out, a wrestler.

It sucks to be bullied. Try to change the narrative. Flat butts aren't in.

Haha. My husband has a Hank Hill butt and I have a huge one that I passed on to my son. I think it helps him be an excellent baseball player. He catches and is very strong

Swimmers don't tolerate body high fat; it's dead weight and interferes with streamlined motion.

No fat. It's muscle. Strong glutes are key.

More fat actually makes swimming easier. You have to work less to stay on top of the water- more buoyant.
