Those teeny tiny ice cream cones from Trader Joe’s. I love the coffee ice cream in the chocolate cone. If you eat just one it’s a little over 80 calories.

Warm up Justin’s chocolate hazelnut butter and spread on a split banana. Sprinkle with almond slices.

Fresh ricotta with a drizzle of maple syrup, sprinkle of cinnamon and chopped berries.

Air popped popcorn - use I Can't Believe it's Not Butter Spray if you or craving salty, or a sprinkle of kettlecorn topping if sweet

Watermelon, with fresh mint and a squeeze of lime

Crunchy, delicious apple (Honeycrisp or Gala) with a tablespoon of all natural peanut butter
