Yes. That’s the proper word.

A treat but I’m not sure if it’s healthful. Don’t they add sugar?

Dried mango. Not sure it's healthy (so much sugar!) but man is it delicious!

Those burgers are NOT healthy.

Blueberry cobbler. Don't use as much sugar with the blueberries, they don't need it.

Fruits or frozen grapes.

Frozen grapes are really good in the after dinner snacking hour when I just want to stuff my face in ice cream... You can't let them freeze too long- about 2 days is perfect.

I’ve gotten some big fat wonderful cherries recently.

Depends what you're craving or looking to avoid. I make a ranch type dip with Greek yogurt and seasoning. With pretzels or celery. Popcorn. Fruit smoothie (a shot of rum wouldnt hurt!). Or yeah, a reasonable portion of what I actually want. But those are the things if I'm like home alone and want to feel like I'm indulging with bigger portions.

Ripe peaches
Dark chocolate
Freeze dried strawberries
Pistachios, pecans, macadamias
Seaweed snacks

Exactly. Your turkey burger is not healthy, it's dead.

Plain greek yogurt with a swirl of honey. OMG, so good. Overnight oats. Google, there are tons of recipes.

Watermelon salad is my favorite summer food. I do one with sliced watermelon, cucumber, micro greens, mint, feta, olive oil and salt and pepper.

That sounds so good. I’ve never had watermelon in a salad before but now I want it.
