I've seen DC kids throw wrappers on the floor literally 10 feet from a trash can. That is the height of clueless stupidity, laziness and disrespect. Yes, I yell at them for it. "Do you throw trash on the floor in your house and not get your ass beat for it?"

Or you could just be kind and patient and considerate, as initial PP suggested...

Is there a way to dedicate one day a month to “Be a good neighbor day”. There can be cleaning, meet ups etc plan to improve neighborhoods. Any better suggestions to get people thinking and acting?

Whoa! Hit a sore spot. Troll? I’ve never posted on this subject just noticed a trend where cyclists expect people in cars to yield to them as they run stop signs in Chevy Chase. And I feels the same about cars. But yes, keep running those stop signs until your ass gets run over.

Why do you always lie about obvious things? Everyone has seen bicyclists blowing stop signs. Heck, the cyclists themselves are trying to make this practice legal. That's how widespread it is.
