And 3.65 house just dropped but it’s on Arizona a far cry from Sherier. Sherier is awful for planes, so it’s just out imho Arizona: You get terrible traffic, flight path and no yard. But it’s a modern monstrosity that hard to come by in DC. I think it’s a terrible idea to drop that kind of $ there and urge you to spend in just about anywhere else Forest Hills, Cleveland Park, just not here

Wait, it says 1951? So it’s not even new construction? I drove past it; it looks like it will slide down that hill. By the way, if I had a $ for every time a local agent said they would personally never buy on Arizona…I could buy this house and sell it someone who doesn’t know that

The $3.65 million house is literally two doors down Sherier, it has a "coming soon" sign but hasn't hit the MLS yet.

I know Davis quite well and he has great taste (his wife’s taste is a little gaudy imho). Now we have a new Lativian in town who is even taller! This would be a good place for Porzingas.
