Love this!

+1 for Bridget runs a marathon

Omg that was so good. The last where she gets called out for using a British accent to deflect from her insecurities really stuck with me. And it’s funny, of course.

"Wild Honey" -- Title is too generic but look for the actress Rusty Schwimmer. So much genuine charm and reality in her and she's such a normal person in the film. It's a comedy. Her character is a phone sex worker who looks nothing like like the character she vocally puts on for her job, and she encounters a client who seems to want more than just hollow pretend sex. It ends up being about family and trying to connect with people on a deeper level. It was shown in festivals in 2017 but as a small indie film didn't get a bigger release. It's on Vudu right now for streaming (you don't have to buy a subscription to Vudu, you just pay by the movie).

Same and yes! So, so good.

I’ll add:
Long Kiss Goodnight
Real Genius
Top Secret (yes, I have a thing for 1980s Val Kilmer)

Friends with Money - all the leading ladies are great in this; Jennifer Aniston, Joan Cusack, Frances McDormand, and Catherine Keener
Love Beats Rhymes - directed by RZA from Wu-Tang; stars Azealia Banks and co-stars Jill Scott, John David Washington (Denzel's son) and Common.
Can you Keep a Secret - This is a romantic comedy; it's hilarious and cute.
If Beale Street Could Talk - Beautiful yet heartbreaking love story based on a James Baldwin book.

This is actually one of my fave 90s flicks

I also like The Whole Nine Yards

Then there was Picture Perfect and The Object of My Affection (with Paul Rudd) from Jen

My favorite Paul Rudd gem is Overnight Delivery with Reese Witherspoon

I also liked a movie called Wake with Ian Somerholder
