Central Office Support to Schools?

I’m this poster and a classroom teacher constantly being forced to “volunteer.” Our school has 8 staff out and 1 sub today. It is not okay.


That's not ok, but most of central office is out with covid if you look at the numbers. MCPS has failed to keep covid out of the schools. Its not ok, but it was to be expected when MCPS said they will stay open no matter what.


There’s less than 40 Central Office employees with COVID right now. That number has been pretty consistent for much of May. That number is no where near the majority of staff members in Central Office unless MCPS is not reporting all the cases. OSSI wasn’t answering telephones this morning if that’s any indication.


That’s a pretty big member.
