Why would you do this to yourself???
It’s awful to see affairs on TV/movie when you have been betrayed. Yeah- I really want to picture them doing and acting like that. There are so many things I still can’t watch yet. |
I love this movie. It helped me see what I have. |
Sorry. That prob seems insensitive. It also shows the hollowness of choosing an affair. It’s beautifully done. Also I absolutely love Sarah Silverman in this. |
| The one that pops up to me is Friday Night Lights. The football player is paralyzed and overcome with grief the girlfriend and his best friend start hooking up. |
"You've made the life I lead foolish too.." |
| Love Actually used to be one of my favorite holiday movies. Never would have thought I’d end up real-time most to the Emma Thompson story line. I’ve been divorced nearly 6 years and still can’t watch it anymore without being triggered. |
| Relating, not real-time. Autocorrect!! |
| This might be the last thing you want, but The Other Woman is about three women discovering their man has been cheating on them with the others, joining forces to get revenge |

"Walk the Line" is the true life story of June Carter and Johnny Cash. They toured together while Johnny was married. His wife knew about the affair. So did his band mates.
"Bye Bye Love" is an older romantic comedy about divorced fathers. One of them was a cheating spouse. "Up in the Air" with George Clooney is about corporate layoffs and outsourcing and deals with issues of infidelity. "Making Love" is a much older film that shows how a wife and husband handle the husband coming out as a gay man. "The Other Woman" with Natalie Portman and Lisa Kudrow is a sad drama. ""The Other Man" with Liam Neeson is a slow mystery. "The Pilot's Wife" is an older mystery movie. "The English Patient" Maybe you should avoid watching movies about infidelity and revenge. Infidelity in movies is a common plot feature. |
