I think she's great. After loving SLOCG and Never Have I Ever, I will watch anything she creates.

That dress isn't the best - it is a little uniform-y - but I like it. And she looks good.

How is she "in Hollywood"? She's annoying and painfully unfunny and all of the "projects" she's had since the Office were astroturfed flops. She got lucky to be cast on the Office, one of the most popular sitcoms of all time. The end.
