It may be a McMansion, but...

WOW it is stunning. Drooling at the pool and wide open space from our DC townhouse.

All that fake stone.🤮 Looks cheap as hell. The kitchen and bathrooms are godawful too.

This one has a nice, not-too-busy front facade. It's actually a nicer build for NOVA and I think a good bargain at that price.

Agree, not a McMansion. It's beautiful

The dramatic differences of opinion on this home are stunning.

Soooo we decided not to make an offer, otherwise Id very happily host you all

It is an amazing house tho. It is def not builder grade, everything is super high quality, amazing neighborhood, at the end of a quiet cul de sac, amazingly prepared by the realtor owners. But it doesnt meet all our needs, it doesnt have a basement for example. And it has a kind of weird ups and downs for bedrooms. The living space and kitchen is breathtaking. Has two fridges, two ovens, bathrooms are designed with taste. Whoever ends up buying it, I wish them all the best. And I am assuming it might hit 2 m.

It will make your friends feel bad because you have such a lovely house compared to theirs?

If you happen to work in Chicago it's an annoying commute?

Sorry, PP, I'm trying!

Lol “taste” is highly subjective I guess.
