This. This has been 100% worth the cost of AAA. And once, they had to replace the battery within 2y and it was still under warranty so it was free. Having AAA come to me and take care of the issue has been a lifesaver.

+1

I could not agree more.
I wasn’t working pretty much after March 2020 so wasn’t using my car very often.
Well when my battery 🔋 eventually kicked the bucket - I had AAA come out w/a brand-new one + installed it too.

Don’t know what I would do w/out The Auto Club membership.

I’ve also had them come and replace the battery twice (2 different cars). Totally worth not having to go somewhere to get a new one.

Check your alternator, OP.

It’s always either the battery or alternator. The most likely and easiest fix is the battery. If it’s the alternator it probably also damaged the battery as it was failing. Most repair shops and parts stores can run a diagnostic on the system which will point to battery or alternator. Sometimes the diagnostics say nothing is wrong when you know there is a problem and you have to get it re-tested.

Three requirements needed to get a vehicle to start.
Air, fuel, spark…
