| August and Everything After by Counting Crows. Every song was at LEAST good (Mr. Jones being the weakest song on the album). |
| Thriller by Michael Jackson |
I'm a Guns and Roses fan and I'm shocked you would pick these over Appetite for Destruction. I can appreciate that you love these albums but saying they are better albums that Appetite is crazy to me. But great albums. I remember being in stationed in Germany (as an 18 year old) when these were released (along Metallica's Black Album). My family had to ship them to me. I was the first to get them. Good memories. |

Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation 1814
Although if live recordings count, very close second to Nirvana Unplugged in New York. |
| Hard to have a list of the greatest albums and not include Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd! |
| Madonna's Immaculate Collection. Yes I know it's a mix, but it's still the best compilation. |
| So many great ones named. For me it’s Bat Out Of Hell by Meatloaf. |
That WAS really good. Just listened to it all the way through recently on Amazon for the first time in decades. I had the cassette back in college, wore it out. |
| Doggystyle by Snoop. |
I came here to say the same thing. Hands down. |

Prince's Purple Rain is a perfect album. The man was a genius. |
| Another vote for Purple Rain - perfection from beginning to end. |
| I generally say Born to Run, and I love Bruce, but Joshua Tree is up there too. |
| Paul Simon’s Graceland |
