| My daughter is a Claire and her friends sometimes call her Clary. I guess that would work for Clara too, although I'm not sure why you'd you'd bother. |

DD is Claire. Not having a nickname was one of the reasons we picked the name, however, nicknames always have a way of coming out whether you mean/want to! We call her Claire Claire, ClaireBear, Clara, and Clairey Fairy. Any of those could work for Clara, again, whether you want a nickname or not, someone is going to call or one of those things
