I hate Hokas. They altered my gait due to their weird cushioning. My PT said to use shoes that let your feet move naturally. I have never had a problem since.

I have to agree with this


I wear ON for at least 8 years and I don't have the problems I had before with Mizuno and Adidas. So for me they work, but I have to agree, they are not for everybody. My DH can't use them for running.
