It's not a cookie, but I make peanut brittle every Christmas. It's super easy but you absolutely need a candy thermometer and you have to wait for a low humidity day - under 50% outside - otherwise, it will be sticky.

My neighbor makes this every year and brings me a dish. I do look forward to it! It never gets stale and is a nice change from the constant cookie onslaught

My grandmother used to make these bars that had a crust, melted chocolate and then crushed wlanuts on top. I loved them but never got the recipe.

I make soft ginger cookies and Mexican wedding cookies. I like the old fashioned kinds.

I looked up the anginetti cookies. I never heard of them and they look so good. Would anyone mind posting the recipe they like best for them?

I make chocolate covered toffee for the same reason. We top with peppermint, pretzels or nuts (not together)
