Lol, most of y’all would be shocked at how nice it actually is to live in City of Manassas. This board….

You mean down the street from Georgetown South? Hard pass.

Literally no idea. Georgetown South is just lower middle class now, not really dangerous. And there are lowmtynof more upscale areas.

Hood bridge to me encompasses the Route 1 corridor (not including Belmont Bay) down to Dale City.

I also have a relative who lived for decades in Woodbridge (townhouse near Lake Ridge), backing to the Occoquan. The only crime I ever heard about was raccoons raiding the bird feeder, so this conversation is entirely foreign to me.

+1 Hoodbridge is along 95. Lake Ridge is nice. Lots of people are moving there from parts of Fairfax which were once more affordable and now are getting too pricey for middle income Gov/teacher couples with kids, like West Springfield and Kingstowne.

I agree with this...In lake ridge you can get the same townhome for about 200k less than kingstowne, plus lower car and property taxes and lower HOA fees.

It's mostly townhouses and car dealerships

And there are good reasons it is 200K less . . .

I think Woodbridge will always be cheaper because the commute everywhere is bad due to the River crossing being a choke point
