I think if you go down the road of criminalizing pot, you should go ahead and criminalize alcohol and tobacco too. Both are more dangerous than pot if that's the justification for making a substance illegal.

He was intensely committed to starting MD schools after Labor Day, to get that extra week of revenue at the MD beaches... and as we know, Hogan REAALLLLLY dug his heels in on that one.

He went as far as to threaten to cut funding to schools who didn't start after Labor Day.
He got his way for a few summers, but then the school districts fought back and it didn't work out for him.
