I don't ever give the finger, but when I pass someone who sucks at driving, I give them a "really? seriously?" stare/look when I pass - because I want to see what an idiot driver looks like.
Someone gave me the finger a couple weeks ago because I honked at them. The light was green and they were still parked for several seconds before I beeped them. |

I don't. It only serves as a spark to escalate.
I do sometimes gesture impatiently at objects, such as the "No Turn on Red" sign or the elder walking slowly in the crosswalk. |
PS: I mean I wave a hand and point at the reason for the behavior which sparked someone to honk at me. |

No, I just find it juvenile.
Also, you never know who has a gun these days. It could be that person's day to snap and chase you down to shoot at you. I was car #2 at a red light that didn't allow right hand turns on red. Either car #3 or #4 kept blowing their horn for car #1 to go. When the light finally turned green and we could all turn, car #1 turned and changed lanes to immediately start tailgaiting me and driving aggressively towards me because he thought I was the one blowing the horn. It was very frightening for me and my kids, but it was a good lesson on how you just don't know a person's mental state. He got THAT worked up over someone blowing their horn a few times! |
A couple times a year and I'm not proud of it.
|
| Of course not, jeez I have some class! |
What kind of person are you? Other than judgmental, what else? |
| I like to look at them in disappointment and wag my finger at them like I’m scolding a child. Way funnier and it still makes them mad. |
| If no kids in the car and wo does closed I might scream "effing moron," or "what the eff," but I don't flip the bird because I am afraid of morons with guns. |
