My kids are sick all the time, too many sick appointments and too many testing

Their immune systems are all messed up from being unexposed for a year. They are catching up on 18 months worth of colds. Make your husband stay home some. They will get past it. Buy some home covid tests.

I am guessing your kids aren’t wearing masks?

Then you're just punting the problem down the road. Their immune system needs to encounter germs to strengthen up. You either deal with it now, or you deal with it later when they're in real school when missing days is actually going to hurt their education.

Disagree. This is an unusually high amount of illnesses. Most kids don’t get this sick. I would be wondering if the hygiene is lacking at one of the kids daycares.

All the extra hoops we have to go through now because of COVID every time our little ones exhibit a damn cold symptom are a total PITA -- I hear you OP!

As a child, I was sick a lot one year in upper elementary and it ended up happening because the pediatrician was under-treating my illnesses (like doing lower dose antibiotics, or not medicating properly). In one month I had bronchitis, shingles, then bronchitis again. My parents ended up taking me to a different doctor which took care of me, and a nutritionist to improve my food and vitamin intake. I think PP have valid thoughts regarding being new a daycare, but you may also want to get a second opinion if you have truly had so many illnesses in a short period of time.
