There is no perfect house, you find a property that meets your needs and make it a home. There’s an industry called home improvements that allows you to make the house you bought your dream house unless of course you have a custom home built. Even then there are no guarantees.

Make that list of must haves and set out to find the home that checks most of those boxes. You and your wife will be much happier.
