Biden didn't/doesn't have dementia. He was just old and tired on bad days. Anyone who pretends these situations are similar is lying. But, in any case, no matter what, it wasn't as dangerous because Biden had competent people working with him.

The truly amazing thing is that Trump starts out by guiding the queen past himself over to the receiving line. Then 15 seconds later he forgets what's supposed to be happening and cuts in front of her. The king gets left hanging twice before he nopes out.
