This is the clip I’m referring to. He admits he’s financially supporting seditionists… and that he’ll pardon them! It’s utterly insane. [twitter] https://twitter.com/ronfilipkowski/status/1565356176161873922?s=21&t=OE9QEBRyuJsIvwF7ZMJ15g [/twitter] |
May 3: Jay Bratt (head of DOJ/NSD counterintelligence) and three FBI special agents visit MAL to retrieve classified documents subject to grand jury subpoena. Christina Bobb signs certification that a search had been undertaken and all documents were being produced. Bratt is not permitted to open boxes and check contents (although Trump seems to dispute this). May 5: Trump Attorney Habba visits MAL to search for documents responsuvecthe NYAG subpoena. She certified the search encompassed every room in thecTrunp residence, including drawers, etc. May 8: Bratt sends letter instructing that the storage room be secured and all materials removed from the WH be placed in the secured room. |
It almost goes without saying Trump isn’t financially supporting anyone. Just lie, after lie, after lie. |
his voice is hoarse. lots of yelling, Donnie-o. And always a tell - people don't care (he doesn't care), terrible people, they are sick....yep, MAGAs are! |
Thanks. Bobb appears to no longer be on the legal team. |
She officially serves as counsel to the Trump Leadership PAC |

I have a question for all the lawyers here…
So… let’s say the feds find documents related to OTHER investigations like SDNY or GEORGIA. Can they turn those documents over to other prosecutors? |
If they find evidence of a crime, incident to a lawful search, yes. That’s spelled out in the warrant. |
Madeleine Albright (RIP) got it right … evil genius …. With no morals at all. |

She’s also banned texting or tweeting. This is not a tech issue. It’s about keeping the public from knowing what she is doing and saying. |
| I’m not aware of any federal judge who allows the use of a laptop computer or mobile device in a courtroom, other than by counsel, without prior approval. No texting, tweeting or emailing. Most, if not all, prohibit mobile devices from being brought into the courthouse unless you have a bar card or press credential. |
There will be a transcript available by morning. Nothing prohibits the press from filing a report after attending the hearing. It will be ok. |
