I'm trying this -- roast lamb with potatoes and feta. http://realgreekrecipes.blogspot.com/2011/04/happy-easter.html
i haven't figured out the vegetable -- probably whatever looks best. |

This lamb looks really good to me:
http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/2008/03/crockpot-leg-of-lamb-recipe.html (If you want more elegant, try rack of lamb.) Maybe not for Easter, but I've also always wanted to try this ham recipe: http://www.nigella.com/recipes/view/ham-in-coca-cola-171 Fresh, real peas (if you can find them--maybe from the farmer's market or Whole Foods) or sugar snap peas |
| Ugh I have no idea but I need to figure something out. Keep the ideas coming! |

Lamb Potato Green vegetable Haven't gotten more creative than that. We've had loin chops for years but my husband informed me today that he doesn't like them and would prefer rib chops. |
| Dd requested salmon, roasted potatoes, and green beans w/ garlic and olive oil. Not sure about dessert, but if anyone has any ideas, I would love to hear them. |

roasted potatoes pre-cut ham & mustard asparagus fruit salad green salad bunny cakes hot cross buns WINE. |
| I'm taking either a homemade pound cake with fresh berries or a coconut cake to Easter dinner. A lemon dessert (lemon meringue pie or lemon icebox cake) would be good too. |

Finally figured it out!
Fake honey baked ham: http://www.food.com/recipe/honey-baked-ham-copycat-45896 I love Honey Baked but I'm too lazy to go get it, so I googled for a copy cat recipe. Julia Child's basil potatoes: http://www.food.com/recipe/sliced-potatoes-simmered-in-basil-julia-child-447129 My mom always used to make these. Steamed green beans - WF had some nice looking french ones. Carrot cake: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/carrot-cake-iii/ My daugther's birthday is Monday so this is an Easter/bday cake. My son thinks the Easter Bunny would prefer carrot cake.

Non green veggie = carrots! Perfect for Easter. Google for some kind of glazed carrot recipe
