What are bunny cakes? Are they small cakes in the shape of bunnies? Mmmm, hot cross buns.

Trying a new Greek chicken and artichoke recipe, plus asparagus. No dessert.

Just finished the banana/nilla wafer pudding.
DH is thrilled and cleaned the bowl as it went in the oven to brown. I hope that means he actually washed it.

(If you want more elegant, try rack of lamb.)

Maybe not for Easter, but I've also always wanted to try this ham recipe:

Fresh, real peas (if you can find them--maybe from the farmer's market or Whole Foods) or sugar snap peas

Nigella's Coca-cola Ham is fabulous. I've made her Ginger Ale Ham for Christmas, which was my favorite. Today I'm making Dh's favorite permutation: Ham in Cherry Coke. In exchange he's making his famous mac and cheese.

We had ham (Honey Baked...so easy), corn bread, salad, asparagus, and a potato casserole type thing. Oh, and key lime pie for dessert -- YUM!
