Measuring your body fat

| Can you please suggest place that accurately measures body fat? I'm willing to pay up to $50 to get it done. I'd prefer downtown (metro center or 1-2 stops in any direction) or silver spring, bethesda, chevy chase. Thank you. |

| You can have it measured at most gyms and health clubs. I train at Fitness Together in Silver Spring; they measure mine once a month to track how much I'm losing. Most places use the hand held monitors, which seem to be accurate. Focusing on the body fat and not so much on the scale has helped me change my body and lose 2 dress sizes in 2 months. |

They hand-held monitors are about 85% accurate. The best test is the hydostatic one, but I still can't find anywhere locally that does it.
