My sense is that they don't want to get in the habit of responding to conspiracy theories, so they are counting on shutting everyone up when Kate shows up at Easter and the family is all together and smiling, with or without Charles.

The only thing I think is weird is that Will has not been seen with the kids.

Laxative abuse leads to diarrhea which leads to electrolyte imbalances (low potassium/low magnesium) that can lead to arythmias and serious cardiac issues as well as "milder" issues like fainting (and then having horribly sad consequences like a head injury if you hit your head). It's no joke if she has an ed.

What?! Thst photo is NOT Pippa!! I can’t imagine Kate’s mom and Pippa would stage something. Regardless, it’s very obviously a slightly swollen Kate and explains why she is not emerging - her public image is “perfection” at all times.

The TMZ picture is obviously a very swollen Kate.

Kate is sick from a very likely eating disorder that was exacerbated by her miserable marriage to William.

The miserable marriage definitely involves William’s infidelity, and DV could be a factor, too.

This pic just does not align with the story of Kate and ED. There's no way she's gained this much weight in this short amount of time. (Sure, I could probably, but I don't think someone with an ED could). So the person is either not Kate or Kate on steroids.

If you are severely malnourished and fed proper nutrition through an NG tube, yes you would gain weight and it could make your face puff. Steroids do too. I eat healthy-no ED, but if I just have too many carbs my face puffs.

We're all guessing. Based on my personal experience, with NG-tube and TPN, I'd say it's not Kate or it's Kate on steroids. I don't have a theory why she'd be on steroids.
