Agree. I would think it were perhaps believable if she had heart attack, unexplained loss of consciousness or something. But abdominal surgery? No. It is a real reach to correlate an eating disorder to needing abdominal surgery.

Causes of GI perforation include forceful vomiting. Not sure it's in this article, but I know someone who perforated her bowel with laxative abuse and needed surgery.

I have a previously very healthy young relative who had this and was in an induced coma on a respirator for at least a week last year. Could that happen as a side effect of planned surgery? I don’t think they are lying about the abdominal surgery as it would be a weird lie so I think perhaps either a clot from the surgery or sepsis or colostomy bag. Regardless she probably feels like crap I just cannot see a real reason for any of the conspiracies — if will really wants a divorce he’ll just wait until Charles is gone and do it in a year. If she’s dead, they gain nothing by lying about it — they can’t weekend at Bernie her.

It was doctored 😢 because bricks always look the same in all lights. I think she’s dead. All because she was too good to share some lip balm like Americans do with a far far better duchess. It’s all so sad.

They provided the address where it was supposedly taken and there is a brick wall in front of a brick building with different mortar. It is plausible. It is also a different situation, since the photo was not KP generated. The British press may show up when the BRF calls, but I doubt they're falsifying photos. Maybe that is naive.

Posting again to say it is a risk any time you have a procedure, even minor using anesthesia. Some things increase your risk.

Kate is sick from a very likely eating disorder that was exacerbated by her miserable marriage to William.

The miserable marriage definitely involves William’s infidelity, and DV could be a factor, too.

Kate has been disappearing before our eyes for years (sometimes she puts back on some weight and looks so much better); yet you all keep insisting she is naturally thin. She is smaller now than when she was in her 20s.

I’m much thinner than when I was in 20’s. Actually after I had kids I’ve been my thinnest and I don’t have an ED. She has such a narrow frame. That’s genetics. Not because she starves herself. And the stress of marital problems can also cause weight loss. It did for me as well.

Diana was treated with ridicule and disgust by the BRF for her eating disorder. I could imagine that current members 1) still have that same opinion of eating disorders, and 2) feel especially strongly because they're triggered by the memory of Diana.

Meghan Markle was suicidal and the palace forbid her from getting treatment. There’s been whiskers about Kate Middletin’s eating disorder for a long time, but no intervention or treatment, presumably because the place forbids mental health treatment.

Someone got mad at me for pointing this out, but she was sobbing and wiping snot and eyeliner off her face at Royal Albert Hall and even threw one leg over the balcony because Meghan was not allowed to get help for suicidal thoughts. And now we have this whole Kate tragedy. It’s like no one saw The Stepford Wives or took Meghan seriously.

Meghan said she’d have to go to HR. That’s Palace Human Resources. They’d have to verify that Meghan could personally cover a team of Freudians if the NHS found their analysts all had backlogs, and when Meghan bravely said, this is wrong; I am so suicidal and yet I have this precious future king in my womb — and yet they just gave her a helpline to call. And they didn’t even review how to make outbound calls from KP. Just awful stuff.
