I intended to make pitchers of lemonade for a party this weekend and ran out of time. Anyone has some easy suggestions on what to do with my big bag of lemons? Thanks!

Lemons are pretty hardy. Don't feel like you have to use them all at once. Stick them in the refrig. and pull them out as needed (lemonade, recipes enhancers, lemon rinds).

I have been juicing 1 lemon and 1 orange and then cutting up an apple and putting the sliced apple in the juice. Sending it to school with my daughter for snack. She loves it.

Zest and juice them, then freeze separately to add to any dish for fresh lemon flavor.

Another recommendation for preserved lemons, or lemon curd http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/lemon-curd-recipe/index.html

Or, if you feel like chicken, http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/anne-burrell/grilled-chicken-with-dijon-and-meyer-lemon-recipe/index.html - regular lemons also work in this.

Or key lime pie - it freezes well for the next time you need dessert.

Ha. Watch Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Yolanda planted too many lemon trees, and now she uses the abundance of lemons in every decorating scheme imaginable!
