He has other teams as well. Cant split or clone the man. Not his fault at all.

Hopefully all of those seven find a better fit moving into their U16 year which is a big one. Everyone had their own reasons for leaving, and those that stayed had their reasons as well (commute, more expected playing time, better coaching fit, etc). Hope to see everyone on the pitch in the future because all nice, talented girls.

That is the politically correct answer. The reality is you all deserve much better. The stuff heard on the sidelines and read about in here is ridiculous for an ecnl club and sheds some light on previous departures. No need to sugar coat it. Its a small community. Play time, coaching and commutes are good reasons to stay. But please dont rule out the NA clubs across the water. You might find the same opportunities for your DD.
