Am I the only one that feels like Jane and Cassie’s situations are a bit different?
Jane was in her thirties when they started dating and it sounds like her chief motivations were getting her rent paid and her love for him. That I’ve seen he didn’t really interfere with her dating other people. In contrast when Cassie tried to move on he blew up Cudi’s car, he extorted her parents for her sex tape, and of course chased her down and assaulted her in that hotel video. And she was just so young when they got together. |

The judge sealed the courtroom on friday at the end of the day, so it was just the judge and the prosecution team and the defense team. Somehow the information discussed during this meeting was leaked to TMZ, and the judge is really pissed. He's investigating where the leak came from, and he said that he will put the defense and prosecutors on the stand and question them if need be.

. I can’t see non non-guilty for any of the charges, but I could see a hung jury. Perhaps on the RICO charge. I think definitely guilty on both sex trafficking charges, which are the ones the prosecutors really want. The defense says they are going to introduce some exhibits and then rest their case. This will be with the Jury by Thursday/Friday. |
