No one thinks that but the lone Israeli plant here that’s sock puppeting. |
Sounds like NATO. |
You know I was going to have a nice date with Salma Hayek until I cancelled our dinner plans. |
I know nothing about this equipment but is it at all possible the missle was aimed at a ground target and the Apache accidentally got on the way? Considering a military helicopter got in the way of a commercial airliner not that long ago, it seems possible? |
NP $85 - $100M weapon system taken down by a $35K drone? Yeah, I don’t think so. |
The most likely explanation is that the Apache shot down the Shahed and then flew through the debris field, which disabled the helicopter. Shaheds do not have the capacity to function as a surface to air missile. Russians have been using them for years in Ukraine and they have never hit a moving target in the air. It's not an FPV drone with an operator and a joystick. They are pre-programmed to hit stationary targets. The Apache likely fired upon it from too close. |

It’s astonishing the mental gymnastics Republicans are doing to convince themselves that this war is turning out in our favor.
Did this war bring about regime change in Iran? No. Did the Iranian people rise up, free themselves of the shackles of oppression, and take back their government? No. Did this war ensure that Iran never acquires nuclear weapons? No. Did this war destroy Iran’s missile and drone programs? No. Did this war sever Iran’s support of militant proxies in the region No. Did this war secure additional regional support for normalized relations with Israel? No. Is Israel more safe and secure than it was six months ago? No. In addition to the COST (measured in tens of billions, if not more, and worse - loss of American lives) and the abject failures listed above, we have also brought about two devastating developments: 1. Our relationships with strategic partners in the Gulf region have been degraded to the point where our ongoing presence in the region is at the most uncertain level it’s been in several decades … the illusion they had that a U.S. presence in their midst would protect them from the risk of Iranian hostilities has been completely shattered. And as far as I’m concerned, this next point is the scariest development … 2. The Iranian regime no longer fears us - they haven’t hesitated AT ALL to stand toe-to-toe (with a military budget that’s probably less than 5% of ours) and punch back the past few weeks. That fact should horrify all Americans. They no longer believe we’re invincible, that the only recourse they have when we attack them (or enable Israel to attack them) is to send a half-hearted missile fusillade into an empty field in one of our regional Gulf allies, but only after diplomatically letting us know beforehand to ensure no harm is caused. They now know that they can fight back. That THAT is an option. And that we will back off. What a disaster. This is yet another sign of an empire in grave decline. And I wish I could just blame Republicans and the MAGA movement, but the truth is that this acceleration in the collapse of American has been brought to us via the Zionist corruption of our government. Choosing between one party that’s 94% unacceptable (personification: Lindsey Graham) and the other party that’s 81% unacceptable (personification: John Fetterman) is the kind of nightmare choice I never thought I’d have to make … |

* didn’t mention the energy prices, the global economic affects, the closure of the strait, etc.
What an absolute mess. Thanks, Israel! |
Nobody fears us and nobody needs us. It’s actually a great development. Let’s stop focusing on the never ending wars in the Middle East and focus inward. Israel can fight all their neighbors for all we care. God has their back. That’s what they say right? They don’t need America. We can focus on our own problems |
Someone who wants escalation between Iran and the US and not detente. Someone with a history of targeting Us military targets before. Someone who doesn’t fear the US and knows there will be no retribution even if they were caught |
Americans are paying attention and we will see this at the voting booth in 2028. That’s if his lifetime presidential bunker to sequester himself and declare martial law doesn’t happen. There’s a reason Congress is wary about this “ballroom/bunker/military compound” BELOW the White House. Why does Trump need that if he’s going to be gone in 3 years? |
John Fettean’s brain damage from his strokes renders him no longer a Democrat in his voting or public statements. Expect him to switch parties after the midterms. |
|
It looks like Trump is offering $325 BILLION just to have a 60 day ceasefire. That isn't money to suspend the nuclear program, or open the Strait.
By comparison, Obama paid $400 MILLION in what the GOP called "pallets of cash" to actually get a bonafide deal that was working. |
Why is Israel's concern and safety more important than that of the other nations in the region? Bahrain, Kuwait, the UAE, and Qatar received most of the damage from the war and they were the least protected by the USA. |
Demented hater of Jews and Israel. This story is as old as time; Jews did it! You have no shame, and you are a horrible human being. |
