French bakery

I just got back from my first ever visit to Paris and I am pining for the pastries. Is there anywhere in the area (preferably NOVA, but i'm willing to travel farther) that sells really good croissants, baguettes, and other French baked goods?

Amazing little place in Rockville! A bit tricky to find but the Yelp reviews give some easy directions. Beware, it's cash only.

Have to second Saint Michel. Incredible pastries.

I used to work at La Madeleine - don't know how it compares to actual Parisian pastries, but it's pretty freakin' good.
