| Just put them on my cereal in the AM. They are a little funky the way they stick to your teeth, but I think they help even out my mood. |

| I add them to yogurt, mix them into hummos, and incorporate them into salad dressing. Have a mirror and some floss handy if you eat them, but I think they're a phenomenal food. High fiber and agree with PP that they even out my moods. |
