Chia Seeds???

Does anyone here eat chia seeds on a regular basis? How do you recommend eating them?

Just put them on my cereal in the AM. They are a little funky the way they stick to your teeth, but I think they help even out my mood.

I eat them everyday in my morning smoothie. They really fill you up.

I add them to muffins for added (sneaky) fiber for the kids.

I add them to yogurt, mix them into hummos, and incorporate them into salad dressing. Have a mirror and some floss handy if you eat them, but I think they're a phenomenal food. High fiber and agree with PP that they even out my moods.

We just found out that the Happy Tots baby food pouches have them. Handy if you still have kids of pouch age.

I eat them in yogurt (with granola), with cottage cheese, or on my salads. I have also put them in smoothies.

Yes. They are similar to flax seeds in terms of nutrition.
