| I put a couple tablespoons in smoothies. Ground up, they give a bit of nutty flavor. You could also soak them in water for 30 minutes to make a gel and add that. It's supposed to be much more filling, but I haven't found it to be, and I don't care for the texture when done that way (even though I usually like gelatinous things like tapioca or bubble tea). |
