And plenty of “smart” people who went to “good” schools do not pass on the first try.

I know someone who graduated from a Tier 1 school who has failed the bar 3 times.

I think Kim should be applauded for even bothering to study and achieve a lofty educational goal given that she’s a celeb who doesn’t need the hassle. I think she really cares about criminal justice reform and systemic racism. After all, she is the mom of 4 black children and the aunt of black nieces and nephews. Her voice matters, so why poo poo her attempt to make a difference? Wouldn’t it be great if she’s successful?

Because she’s “the mom of 4 black children,” she deserves a passing grade on the California bar exam?

Seriously, PP ?

I don’t think she’s particularly smart and she is absolutely thirsty for attention, but one thing you can’t call her is lazy. She is always working. It may be easy work with little skill required, but she’s no layabout.

Stop. We’ve all seen the show. They do nothing all day. They are lazy af and dumber than rocks.

You need to go back and reread that post. PP mentioned Kim’s children to underscore the point that Kim has a sincere interest in the impact that systemic racism has on the incarceration of black Americans. They weren’t saying there should be any link between Kim’s children and her passing the CA bar — which she hasn’t even taken yet.

They’re working when they’re filming the show. You don’t think they’re just living their lives and cameras happen to be there, do you? All of the shows content is planned.

She’s been rather vocal about why she’s concerned about criminal justice reform, the over-policing of the black community, etc.

ICYMI: She has said that as a mother of black children she’s concerned about them as well as all black people.

This has nothing to do with handing her a degree on a silver platter. Rather, it explains why most normal people would applaud her efforts and realize it’s very personal to her.

Geez.

She refers to her kids as black. Her words.

It’s not a bad thing btw.

Not true. The test was a technical remote/online disaster and Kaplan put AI slop in the test instead of doit their job, but the scores were massively inflated and the test had the highest pass rate in history.

KimK failed the baby bar 3 times and then passed 4 years ago. Feb 2025 was her only chance to maybe sneak in. She's a fraud and a phony and she'll never pass the bar.

It doesn’t take much intelligence to pass the bar - just a period of cramming. Kim’s father was of course an extremely successful trial lawyer and Kim runs extremely successful businesses. If she sits down and studies she will pass unless she has a learning disorder (not saying that as an insult). The bar is memorization and regurgitation.

You don't get to decide how those kids identify.

DP. There are plenty of women who have biracial children who are themselves racist. I was in the car with my biracial friend in high school and her white mom told me when I grow up I shouldn’t marry a black man because they’re abusive and horrible. I was shocked. And I’m also black btw.

Kim is very much a Trump and Elon supporter and a racist just like her ex Kanye.

They literally are biracial though? It’s not like identifying as a particular gender.

It takes very strong writing and reading ability which I doubt she has. Also I think it would be quite challenging to be able to do a multi day test after having been out of school since high school 30 years ago.
