There was very, very widespread rape of enslaved African woman during slavery that, at least in the south, continued until maybe the 1950s (because black women couldn’t exactly expect a jury of their peers).

Feel free to start a thread about enslaved African women if you’d like. I don’t think it’s particularly relevant to the plight of an incredibly privileged and enormously wealthy, white-passing Hollywood starlet. But I’m sure Meghan, who enjoys nothing more than to embrace a narrative of victimhood for herself, would love the comparison!

The royal family looked bad before. Their silence spoke volumes.

Even the British parliament spoke up for Meghan Markle! Her family was silent. It’s not a good look.

The BRF chose not to dignify Meghan’s lies.

I haven't read any of this but my opinion on all of this is that Harry is a total moron. He's ruined his reputation, his previously amazing relationship with his brother, and a chance to make a real difference on a worldwide platform had he chosen to ... for what? To show that a hot girl wants him? I don't care much for Meghan one way or the other, but I think Harry has made a massive mistake that he can't undo and will ultimately regret down the line.

Yep. I think they are both pretty unhappy but neither wants to admit it. I don’t know any genuinely happy, healthy people who are constantly complaining about being slighted and victimized.
